Episode 19: Finding Meaning and Purpose in Our Life
Thursday Mar 09, 2023
Thursday Mar 09, 2023
Our Nature is to crave our purpose and our meaning in life.
Our general purpose that we all have is to Glorify God! But we also have specific assignments. Things that we have been born to do that God has called us to do. Though we are all called to Glorify God; He has a very specific way for me to do it.
I think sometimes we overcomplicate this. I know I did. And still do. There are days when I question myself and my abilities. Oh I say I’m questioning God, but really I’m questioning myself. And MY lack of faith sprouts its ugly head.
But knowing your purpose clarifies 3 challenges we all face in our lives. It Clarifies our Priorities, Uncertainties and Difficulties.

Episode 18: Bite Your Tongue
Friday Dec 02, 2022
Friday Dec 02, 2022
This is a lesson I am learning one day at a time 44 years in the makin. So yeah my entire life.
I have this need to be the encourager and coach and at some point I have to learn to be silent.
It happened today.
I know right? Can you believe it.
I’m learning the value of silence and the fact that everyone is not always wanting to be encouraged by me or coached or have anything to do with what I know or have to say.
And part of that stems from my desire to compete in life and my desire to be better and “always learn the lesson”
So Here I stand before you today IRONICALLY learning a 30 year old lesson.

It’s Not a Balancing Act. It’s a Learning Curve.
Monday Nov 28, 2022
Monday Nov 28, 2022
I want to talk to you about entering new places and seasons and purposes. People always say, if it’s important to you, you will find the time. And that is so true.
It’s not a cliche’ it’s reality.
Whether you are finding time with your husband or children or other relationships; if it’s important to you, you simply make time.
If I tell you that I love Christ and don’t have specific time daily to meet with Him…. I’m certain that you would know my relationship with Him is not as important to me. Because simply put as my daddy would always say. “The proof is in the eating of the pudding”.
Let me tell you why I wanted to record this episode. It’s so you will understand that when you start something new and unfamiliar, it can feel easier to just not be able to find the time. Especially when you are doubting your ability. We use the cop out of time. When time is the one thing we cannot afford to waste.
Understand that everything has a learning curve. I hate not being great at things. It makes me uncomfortable. But I was never great at anything the very first time I started it.
It seems easier to quit and easier to give the excuse of TIME…. Time is the ONLY TRUE REASON to do ANYTHING we do; Especially as Believers. “You do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.” James 4:14
Until next time.
Go All In and Live Full Out.

EPISODE 12: A Daily Routine is Anything BUT Routine
Monday Mar 29, 2021
Monday Mar 29, 2021
Having a morning and evening routine as a mom and business woman has completely changed the game for me. I never knew just how important it was for me to have a dedicated start up and shut down routine. Funny how as a mom I always had my children on a routine. It’s amazing for structure and balance and the stability it gives is undeniable. Don’t get me wrong, it was filled with flexibility but somethings were just a rule and the rules didn’t change much. There are rules in every aspect of our lives. So why are we so slow about creating rules around our own life. The thing is we do have rules. They just aren’t serving us. If we want to be able to start well and finish well there is merit in creating our rules to live by, which also includes how we start and end our day. If you want in on this conversation further. Join me in Everyday Intentional over on FaceBook every Tuesday Morning Where I go Live and go into detail about the topics here on the show. As always I am here for you! Before you go I would love for you to leave a review or drop into my inbox with questions or comments.
