On today's episode we talk about choosing Joy!
There is a definite difference in JOY and happiness.
I believe that you can have JOY and not be happy in the moment.
I believe that you can have JOY in the middle of sadness and despair. I Know this because I used to ride from emotion to emotion and miss out on the JOY!
And I didn’t realize I had the Power to choose.
I could CHOOSE the JOY.
I share how I moved from a roller coaster of emotions and running that gauntlet from hurt, to mad then indifference straight into resentment.
And how now I can take the things that are thrown at me or around me and DEAL with issues and not allow them to consume me
and take me to places 1. I don’t want to be and 2. I never should have allowed myself to be there in the first place.
You can literally decide too.
What ever you desire. You can tell your mind what to think about it. What ever IT IS.
*you have to build resources and tools to use to get the out come you desire.
* you have to start with identifying what you will and wont settle for
* You have to decide how you want to live your life day to day and put together your tool box and a plan of action daily
The Wild Goose Chase begins when we come to terms with our greatest responsibility: Pursuing the Passions God has put in our Heart

First of all you Can’t manage EVERYTHING…. But you can make room for it. Life is going to happen whether we want it to or not but that’s the Beauty of it!!! The beauty is when you can let go and create room. In this episode we discuss how to create room and plan for UNEXPECTED Things! How to dictate the day and not let the day dictate you.
